Responsibilities:

• To provide, help and advice to customers using the organization's products or services.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistant.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Must possess at least diploma in any course.
• Should have 3-5 years cognate experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customers service skills.
• Must have Customers relations knowledge.
