Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Ibadan
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Prepare application packs for vacancies and advertising vacancies
  • Receive and respond to enquiries from potential candidates
  • Arrange interviews in terms of co-ordinating availability of the interview panel,
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodation
  • Process reference requests
  • Prepare employment contracts and job offer letters
  • Ensure suitable ICT equipment are ready and available to use
  • Arrange access swipe cards, business cards and name badges
  • Set up IT accounts.
  • Provide information to staff on all matters relating to their employment
