Fleet officer wanted

A highly reputable Taxi company is in dire need of a fleet Officer

As the Fleet Officer you will be responsible for the following;

• Coordination of all fleet activities
• Ensuring compliance with the Metro Taxi’s operating policies, controls and procedures,
• Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned before leaving the lot,
• Maintain an inventory of all vehicles and its in-store parts/accessories,
• Record on a daily basis the number and particulars of vehicles leaving the lot,
• Oversee the renewal of vehicle licenses, insurance and other statutory documentations/requirements,
• Liaise with Maintenance Manager to ensure timely and adequate repairs and maintenance of all company fleet,
• Develop, maintain, and track records of vehicle and chauffer allocation,
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safe driving procedures across the country,
• Ensure all lost and found items reported by the chauffeurs are transferred to the Customer Service Officer for logging and safe-keeping,
• Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Maintenance Manager.
• And any other responsibility as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualification: B.Sc in Administration or any other related courses
2-4 years experience
