Job Description

Philly & Mools Automobile is a privately owned company managed by certain individuals in response to the growing and vibrant auto sector in the Nigerian economy. The company has been able to achieve this by selling new cars and first class imported used cars which represent our passion for quality, character and a combination of strength and style in the execution of our sales. We need the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
The Fleet Officer will be responsible for the following;
Coordination of all fleet activities.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s operating policies, controls and procedures.
Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned before leaving the lot.
Maintain an inventory of all vehicles and its in-store parts/accessories.
Record on a daily basis the number and particulars of vehicles leaving the lot.
Oversee the renewal of vehicle licenses, insurance and other statutory documentations/requirements.
Liaise with Maintenance Manager to ensure timely and adequate repairs and maintenance of all company fleet.
Develop, maintain, and track records of vehicle and chauffeur allocation.
Monitor and ensure adherence to safe driving procedures across the country.
Ensure all lost and found items reported by the chauffeurs are transferred to the Customer Service Officer for logging and safe-keeping.
Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Maintenance Manager.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1st degree in business administration or related discipline.
3 years cognate experience in a similar position.
30-35 years.
