Dont know why graduates should be scared and put alot of worries on wat they asked u...the summary of interviews is to relate ur personal skills to wat d job demands...and this includes ur relations with ur internal customers, who are ur colleagues in d office.ie is where team play comes in. On presentations it could be any topic...basically contemporary to ascertain ur ability to be informed and read..bcos banks like individuals dat develop themselves all round...so spend less time looking for tips and more time recreating ad equipping urself. Goodluck to you all.......finally will wnt to appreciate dis site for the job i got two months back..........just keep faith in Christ Jesus...He's d alpha and omega.

@andrevillas, I did mine last Tues. D assessment is in 4 stages:
1. Mental assessment- 20questns
2. Group discussion on topical issues.
3. Individual Powerpoint presentatn
4. One on one interview
We underwent the following. 1. Paper based test. 2. Competency based interview. 3. Group and individual task(To provide solutions to unknown bank that is about to liquidate).4. Individual presentation. I pray for the best

Hello guyz, I hope FBN/WORKFORCE are through with the assessment all over Nigeria, or when will they finish this assessment? Who has idea of the next stage after this assessment so that we can start preparing towards it? Best of luck to everyone!
They are not yet though as some peeps still have their assessment today but hopefully by the end of the week. As regards the next stage I heard it is documentation/medicals after which successful ones will move to the training schools.

We were 25 on d list frm abj centre. I don't know d othe centres how many dey were. How many centres did dey conduct d aptitude test. How many candidates would dey employ? Are dey given ladies preference cause at my centre the ladies outnumber d guys 4 : 1. Need answers pls

@sani, What I mean is that ? weren't selected for the apptitude test by FBN,but that should not deter you one bit, bcos they ???? not the only coy recruiting, but next time, just put in more effort, and be attentive to instruction, also ask in the forum wen next ? have a test to write, so that some of us who a little bit experienced in can guide u, ok, am sorry for putting it straight to you at first. And my advice also goes to all in the house.

@motunri where did u write your exam? Regardless of that I believe if u are uyet to get ur invite that means you were not selected for the assessment. But come to think of it based on what I heard from a source close to the bank, there is high chance that they would only pick one out of five that is around 180 out of 900 that were assessed. So let's just hope for the best while expecting the worst.
