POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SALES
LOCATION: LAGOS
Key Responsibilities
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking team contributions and their accomplishments
- Propose an intuitive process for value expansion of existing products and services
- Ensure the sale of products/services assigned to operations for implementation is duly addressed
- Network with other businesspeople. Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry
- Partner with marketing department to ensure already serviced and prospective clients are constantly engaged with marketing information, proposals and newsletters on products and services
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Advise on forthcoming product developments
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Help to build business models around new commercial propositions
- Manage acquired mandates on products and services

Educational Qualifications
- A graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years Sales experience
- Applicant must have concluded NYSC
- An experience in selling technology solutions is an added advantage
- Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Good knowledge of the ICT industry
