    Re: Finbank calling for interview

May God punish Finbank............... could u imagine these guys said a target of N25m every month and u will be paid N30,000 every month

If u could not meet up with the target for three months, u would be given another one month grace and u still fail to meet up then they will sack their Papa.

Where are we going in this useless country?

    Re: Finbank calling for interview

I attended the interview that is why I was furious with them and this useless country who makes graduates to be suffering and toiling day and and night b4 getting a job.

I told them can't u see that am presently working and am an Accountant....... U want me to leave AC for hot weather? I really insulted them cos how could u say u are paying graduate N30,000 monthly and after 3 monthly failure to meet up with the target will lead to a dismissal and contract job 4 that matter. Is one of the crisis banks and d least share price ''0.75k''

The way I talked, the woman and other lady were staring @ me cos I told them the fact. Thanks I attended

NIGERIA IS A TERRIBLE COUNTRY IF I MAY SAY

lafffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff!!! my pally the thing is that if u sit at home 30k wont just fall on ur lap...u cud use that as a springboard to the next level. most importantly let me correct u that u probably were nt well informed about the remuneration or u just decided to hear only what u wanted to hear...Finbank HND marketers are given a basic pay of 30k per month and u are expected to maintain a minimum of 25m in ur cabal monthly and .........a commission will be paid monthly aside from ur 30k on every kobo ontop of that 25m u bring in. so with this kind of room u can actually earn more than the entry level BSc. core staff whose p.a is 2.6m only and stretch beyond ur expectations. give it a try if u can handle marketing.

@Jozzz ......... I believe u knew what u were talking about? If yes where would u get N25m monthly? Are u a Management graduate? if yes then the bank we are talking about will soon be acquired by FCMB if u are current. ...... So u can advise a person to start his career @ crisis bank or a person who studies accounting and presently working should go for a job of N30,000 and where do u think u can get N25M every month....... You really annoyed me, u better shut up if u don't know what u are saying

Kehinde Lawal, no need to take out your fury on Jozz. He gave a clearly lucid and pristine point.
No one begged you to apply to FinBank or attend their interview, you did on your own volition.
Jozz's point about commission based jobs is valid and while you are there complaining about where and how to get 25million or more monthly, there are people who have commission jobs(with banks and insurance firms alike) who have such amount to their credit.
You can sulk about how terrible the country is and bla bla, but that wont change anyone's situation.

This forum is to share opinions as without any bias. A mature folk like you should not be starting any virtual squabble with someone you dont even know.

    Cheers

    @Kenny One!

I quite agree with you that it's crazy offering a graduate 30k per month in an organization like Finbank. Although it's a contract job, I still think it could have been far better. That amount is far less than what OND's in the banking system collect as salary per month.
As for the 25 Million Naira target, it's just in the books. Most if not all my friends, who work in the banking sector got far more than that target and I can confidently tell you that none of them has ever gotten close to the target given to them and till date they are still in the system. The submission given by Jozzz as regards your target is actually the true picture of what goes on in the Banking system. It's all about how you are able to maintain your cabal, and trust bank staffs, they have all devised a means to keep it above water (those within the banking system will understand better).
In all, it's good you didn't accept it since you already have something better. Am sure someone else, who's more daring and desperate will accept it.

    Cheers!
