Job Description
Orange Groups Limited is an indigenous conglomerate, comprised of 3 subsidiary companies that cater to the marketing and manufacturing of soaps, pharmaceutical products, in addition to the marketing of energy drinks and the distribution of Osram energy bulbs. Orange West Africa Limited is wholly, an indigenous company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of electrical products and appliances with its scope covering the West African sub-region.


Responsibilities:
Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, mileage claims,income & expenditure records, process all payments through Cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation.
Work with the Development Manager to improve existing systems to reflect bigger staff team.
Log and submit all claims to appropriate funding body (multiple funders) and maintain all relevant paperwork in good order.
Provide Management Committee with full monthly financial report.
Assist in the preparation of annual accounts.
Assist with project financial related work as required.

Qualifications/Experience:
B.sc in Banking & Finance/Accounting.
At least 3-5 years of working experience.
Must have worked in a similar capacity.
Must be proficient in the use of Ms Word and Excel.
