1. Head, Credit & Marketing
Duties:
Act as the Chief credit
officer and Risk manager
for the company.
Review the current credit manual with a
view of improving on it.
Maintain tight control over all aspects of
advance administration to contain credit
risk within acceptable parameters across
all units
Drives the policy direction of the
company in allocation of resources.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A good university degree.
A good and enviable record in a
financial services company of repute within
the credit and risk management division.
Experience of a minimum of 5 years
required, 2 years of which must be in core
credit.
Experience in different phases of the
credit process will be a great plus
2. Head, Business Development
Duties:
Supervises the Business
development department
of the company and give a
strategic direction.
Experience in Assets and
liability generation
segment of market is very
key.
Mentoring staffs working within the
Business development department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A good university degree.
A good and enviable record in a
financial services company of
repute. Experience of a minimum of 5
years required, 3 years of which must be
in sales and business development.
Proficient in the use Microsoft office
suit.
3. Head, Finance & Operations.
Duties:
· Supervises the Finance and
Operations departments
· Prepare final accounts and monthly/
quarterly/yearly reports
· Preparation and reporting on the
monthly financial activities of the
business.
· Prepare and interpret Management
accounts to all levels of Management.
· Ensure that proper and accurate
returns are rendered to statutory
bodies on a timely basis.
· Liaise with subsidiaries and related
companies to ensure timely and
accurate management and financial
account reporting. Relates with
Auditors and regulatory agencies
Qualifications and Requirements:
· ACA or equivalent. Part qualification
with good experience
· Finance and Operations experience
in a financial institution is a great
plus.
Experience of a minimum of 5 years
required.
4. Business Development Officers.
Duties:
Generate leads through cold calling,
presentations, and other lead generating
activities
Driving initiative that will increase sales
for the branch sales channel
Asset and liability generation will be the
core function of the candidate.
Plan and carry out direct marketing
activities to agreed budget, volumes,
product mix and timescales
The candidate will have the
responsibility of building and maintaining a
healthy loan portfolio of High net worth,
micro and small enterprise clients. The
candidate will also be responsible for
identifying, processing, evaluating and
monitoring both new and existing clients.
Development of sales distribution
channels.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates for this position must be a
B.Sc/HND holder in Banking, Finance,
Accounting, Economics, and or related
fields with numerate coursework. Prior
Experience as a Loans Officer or Savings
officer in reputable Bank or Microfinance
Bank or other financial Institutions is an
advantage.
Proficient in the use Microsoft office suit
Power Points presentation skills will be
an added advantage.
5. Operations Officer
Duties:
Ensure proper
documentation of all
branch transactions.
Ensure adequate float is
maintained for all cheques
presented.
Ensure all remittance,
returns and reports due to
regulatory authorities,
government agencies and
departments are done
promptly and efficiently.
Ensure efficient service
delivery on customer
account management
activities; account
opening, loan
disbursement, standing
orders etc
Proof all GLs within the
branch as at when due
Handling customer complaints and
servicing customer’s inquiries.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A good university degree.
A good and enviable record in a
financial services company of repute.
Strong attention to details and high
level of accuracy
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with
numbers and great at calculations.
Experience as a transaction officer in a
bank is an advantage.
Proficient in the use Microsoft office
suit.
6. Accounts Officer
Duties:
· Maintain and submit finance and
accounting records. Preparation of
staff payroll.
· Will be in charge of accounting
books of records. Prepare accounts up
to final Accounts. Prepare budgets.
· Review of reconciliation, support
documents and requests for payments.
· Supervise junior accountant.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A good university degree. ACA (full or
part qualification)
A good and enviable record in a
financial services company of repute is an
advantage.
Must be good in company accounts &
reconciliation.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with
numbers and great at calculations.
Proficient in the use Microsoft office
suit.
Experience as a transaction officer in a
bank is an advantage.
Must be conversant with relevant
account package, software, Peachtree
usage etc.
Computer literacy and sound knowledge
of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word
7. Accounts Supervisor
Duties:
Book keeper and back-up for the
company accountant.
Comprehensive management of
company accounts, detailed record keeping
and monitoring of cash outflows. Assets
registering, book keeping, supervision of
insurance and depreciation. Preparation of
Bank Reconciliation Statement, other
Financial Statements and Year end Reports.
Adept skill with Accounting software e.g.
Peachtree. Preparation of accounts to trial
balance.
Responsible for preparing special
reports required by regulatory authorities
Day to Day petty cash transactions,
balance sheet, monthly reports, bank
Lodgement & reconciliation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A good university degree, HND, OND or
NCE
ICAN part qualification or ATS is a key
advantage.
A good and enviable record in a
financial services company of repute.
Experience as a transaction officer in a
bank is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with
numbers and great at calculations.

Summary of Role
The candidate will have the responsibility
of building excellent rapport so as to
maintain a good working relationship with
client, visit residence of prospective loan
clients to asses among other things their
stability of residence and any information
that will help in the decision to grant loan.
Make meaningful enquiries as required to
ascertain guarantor’s readiness to
guarantee.
Requirement

Responsibilities:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for directing the organization's overall financial policies. These responsibilities require the candidate to work effectively with other senior and executive level management, board of directors, shareholders, financial institutions, corporate counsel, outside auditors and surety and insurance providers. The CFO will accept full responsibility for the financial
and administrative functions of the Company and support the continued growth and diversification of the Company. The CFO will report to the CEO.
The CFO will work with the Company in all
financial functions including accounting,budget, credit, insurance, cost, tax, and internal audit. The CFO will partner with the CEO and executive team to achieve the organization’s financial goals and specifically will assume responsibility for: (i) actively managing all facets of day-to-day corporate finance, administrative and risk management functions; and (ii) preparing analysis of financial
information used by other senior managers to drive improved contract profitability.
Specific responsibilities include:
Commercial development planning , including
diversification expansion/contraction, international sourcing / distribution
New venture evaluation and setups
Acquisition due diligence
Strategic planning and implementation including foreign entities, outsourcing , restructuring and exists
All tasks related to AR (billing, credit,collections and receipts) and AR (Payable entries, schedule and payments)
Payroll and benefits administration including payroll taxes
General ledger transaction including fixed assets, financing and capital transaction,adjustment entries etc.- whatever is applicable to our business) and accounts reconciliation
Daily treasury activities, including cash position
and requirements reports, deficit/surplus assessment and banking
Monthly bank statement reconciliation
Monthly/quarterly/annual closing procedures,
including accruals and prepaid, cost of goods
sold (COGS)/ inventory valuations, capitalization, reserves, payroll, commissions,depreciation and amortization.
Monthly internal financial statement preparation
Revenues, expenses and profitability analysis
and reporting
Quarterly and annual trial balances and supporting documentation for reviews, audits ,formal financial statements and tax returns
Hiring, training and supervision of staff
Budgeting and variance analysis
Treasury management and cash flow projections
Accounting research and standard/pronouncement compliance
External financial reporting
Cost and profitability control
Policy and procedure development and control
Internal controls and auditing
Project management and new venture evaluations and setups.
Full responsibility for the preparation of General
Ledger entries and reconciliations or month-end
closing to close books in a timely manner.
Full responsibility for analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and reporting on variances.
Preparation of a monthly account analysis of
balance sheet and income statement Accounts.
