Post Held – Financial Manager

Responsibilities


Provide financial and administrative leadership to the finance team, drive compliance, controllership, operational excellence and rationalization of the finance team.

Exercise effective control over the Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenditure of the company in compliance with the company’s policies and in accordance with the provisions of the (Nigerian) law.

Analyze, develop and manage the implementation of Company’s Accounting policies across the organization in accordance with Nigerian and international Accounting standards

Implement & maintain the financial rules, procedures in line with universally acceptable standards.

Preparation of budgets, periodical variance analysis and periodical reporting

Identify and manage risks associated with changing accounting environment impacting on financial reports
Responsible for preparation of daily financial reports for effective financial controls.

Ensure adequate cash management by monitoring bank balances to prevent idle funds and satisfy payment obligations promptly.

Set- up and implement internal audit, control and monitoring system.

Conduct procedural and internal audit review on regular basis.



Qualifications:


Minimum: HND Accountancy and Finance or B.Sc. Accounting with minimum experience of 2years

Required: ICAN certification

Salary: (From 2mill / annum)
