Which format did you use to input your date of birth, age, sex, state of residence?

dat date f birth s a prblm

Had same problem wit mine n almost gave up trying but eventually was able to complete it successfully.

I had the same issue while filling the online form with my phone...but l went to the internet and it was successful. So why don't you try net?

I have been on the net, in fact I am typing this from a internet connected laptop and it still wont go through. I cant fill the forms, the fields are not drop down

Try Cyber cafe that uses different faster server, or try another Pc.

try it on desktop or lapy.it wl go.
