FARM ADMINISTRATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiate and arrange for purchase of farming equipments, input seed, fertilizer as well as delivery on the farm.
- Coordinates farm hands and supervises their activities on a daily basis.
- Act as procurement officer for livestock and feed: select animals for market and delivery based on order.
- Represent the interest of the farm at Farmers' Meeting Organization in a responsible manner.
- Hiring of staff: direct workers engaged in raising livestock, planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting and marketing crops.
- Hiring staff: casual workers during harvest period as directed by supervisor.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales report to C.O.O
REQUIRED SKILLS SET
- Excellent administrative and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills
- Good observation skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- N.C.E
- One year working experience
- Male: Single
- Resident in Shagamu/willing to reside in Shagamu
