FARM ADMINISTRATOR




RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Negotiate and arrange for purchase of farming equipments, input seed, fertilizer as well as delivery on the farm.
  • Coordinates farm hands and supervises their activities on a daily basis.
  • Act as procurement officer for livestock and feed: select animals for market and delivery based on order.
  • Represent the interest of the farm at Farmers' Meeting Organization in a responsible manner.
  • Hiring of staff: direct workers engaged in raising livestock, planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting and marketing crops.
  • Hiring staff: casual workers during harvest period as directed by supervisor.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales report to C.O.O


REQUIRED SKILLS SET


  • Excellent administrative and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good observation skills


QUALIFICATIONS

  • N.C.E
  • One year working experience
  • Male: Single
  • Resident in Shagamu/willing to reside in Shagamu
