Job Description:
Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, production, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Always review staff work to see if there are setbacks.
Analyse new jobs with the designer and factory supervisor
Prepare the cutting list and forward to the head machinist
Monitor the machinists, so as to reduce wastages to the barest minimum
Supervise the work of the factory workers
Prepare quotations
Supervise the delivery of client’s goods
Maintenance of factory facilities
Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
Resolve workers grievances.

Minimum Qualification and Requirement
First degree in Building Technology or any related field
Minimum of 8years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
