Location: Lagos

Job Functions

• Supervises vendors and contractors to ensure prompt and cost effective repairs
• Schedules preventative maintenance for all equipment and vehicles
• Responsible for inventory of consumables such as diesel and office supplies
• Prepares reports and analyzes data to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Facilities Management or Project Management experience
• Minimum HND Upper Credit in
  
  • Engineering or Pure Sciences
  • Estate Management
  
  
• PMP or Prince2 certification will be an advantage

General Competencies
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

• Clear understanding of modern building services and maintenance strategies/best practices
• Excellent command of English language
• Effective and efficient at problem solving
• Attentive to detail and highly organized
• Great communication skills (oral and listening)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Everything sleekychick said is true. Enjoy the modern day slavery. I had ritten their test nad done two interviews with them last year. I hear the place is terrible from a friend that works intheir investment arm.
