A: FINANCE DEPARTMENT
1. POSITION: Specialist, Financial Applications.
Reports to: Manager, Financial Systems
WORK BASE: Lagos.
CORE PURPOSE: Ensures that the company derives maximum value using the functionalities of oracle GL, AP, FA,
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provides application support and application development support to Oracle Financial Suite.
· Ensures that Oracle Financial System administration functions and application securities controls are carried out effectively.
· Responsible for documentation of end user requirements, issues logs and assists with the technical support, maintenance and enhancement of the Oracle Financial Applications.
· Responsible for providing ongoing application issue resolution, assists with the maintenance and support of the reporting suite, handles change request and performs troubleshooting.
· Assists the account team with Oracle ERP Financial consolidations, reconciliations and period-end closing activities.
· Oversees oracle Financials training throughout the organization in coordination with corporate IT and Training.
· Liaises closely with the local Technical team to ensure users of Oracle Financial Applications network connectivity.
· Ensures that the approved user profiles and access control on Oracle Financials are maintained.
· Serves as first line support for Oracle Financials, Helpdesk Management, investigates application/function failure reported by key users and escalates if necessary to next level of incident control, keeps a detailed log and communicates to the users, status/progress of issues, time scales and expected solutions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree/HND in Finance or computer science or related discipline.
· 4+ years functional experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP with emphasis on the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Purchasing and System Administration Modules.
· Good experience supporting ADI;
· Good experience in managing support processes and resolving complex functional areas.
· Very familiar with Accounting Financial processes.
· Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, successfully prioritize and deliver results in the face of competing business interest
· Possess ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
· Must possess minimum of two(2) project implementation/support experience

B. COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
No 2. POSITION: Specialist, Geo-Marketing , 2 Positions (East & North)a Management and Monitoring
Reports to: Manager, Geo Marketing.
CORE PURPOSE: Assists in executing all-geo-marketing field work and research
KEY ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conducts research on economic indicators and proffer preliminary recommendations on potentially viable coverage locations to the Manager, Geo-Marketing.
· Assists in executing all geo-marketing field-work, e,g, identification of prime customer locations, identification of customer spend patterns by location etc.
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date database of all geo-marketing intelligence as regard EMTS commercial activities.
· Acts as a primary source of information on geographic intelligence for all user departments, eg. Sales, Segment Marketing, Products and Services, Brands & Communication etc
· Liaises with relevant units/teams/functions in carrying out all relevant activities.
· Attends team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
· Prepares/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Geo-Marketing.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Geo-Marketing.
Requirements:
· First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
· Minimum of Four (4) years post NYSC relevant work experience.

C. TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
No 3. POSITION: Head, Field Operations. Management and Monitoring
Reports to: Director, Operations.
WORK BASE: Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
CORE PURPOSE: To manage assigned teams in the operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems at all BTS/TXM sites and provide support to all satellite earth stations.
SUMMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assists the Director, Operations in communicating the department’s strategic direction and objectives to all staff.
· Coordinates routine maintenance of all power, lighting, and cooling systems at EMTS BTS/TXM sites.
· Ensures the optimal performance of all cooling and power systems on installation in all regions.
· Participates in the selection/evaluation process of maintenance contractors to assist with major maintenance & repairs of power and cooling systems.
· Coordinates the monitoring of contractors/vendors to ensure proper maintenance of all power sources and equipment at BTS/TXM sites.
· Ensures the implementation/execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in conjunction with contractors in line with approved policies and procedures.
· Coordinates the collection and collation of data on the duration of supply of local commercial power (e.g. PHCN), power outages, and power consumptions for the BTS/TXM sites area to estimate/budget power consumptions.
· Manages relationships with both local and international power system providers.
· Manages Vendor performance and ensure agreed SLAs are achieved.
· Conducts continuous search for alternative, cost effective sources of power, e.g. gas powered turbines, solar panels, etc.
· Ensures spare power capacity is available for relating to mechanical and electrical maintenance policies, standards, guidelines and operations and take actions as required.
· Implements the function’s work programs and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelines.
· Plans and manages the human and material resources of the team/function to optimize performance, morale and enhance productivity.
· Manages inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions.
· Monitors and controls the budgetary needs of the unit/function.
· Prepares/compiles agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Director, Operations.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director, Engineering.
Requirements:
· First degree or its equivalent in Engineering –related discipline.
· Post-graduate/professional qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage.
· Possession of MBA desirable
· Eight (to twelve (12) years work experience with at least three(3) in a managerial role.

No 4. POSITION: Manager, CS/VAS(VAS) Operations. Management and Monitoring
Reports to: Head, Core & VAS Operations.
WORK BASE: Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
CORE PURPOSE: To manage the operation and maintenance of Circuit Switching (CS) VAS Systems and provide high level support functions on CS VAS equipment.
SUMMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assists the Head, Core & VAS Operations in communicating the unit’s direction and objectives to subordinate staff.
· Assists in continuously reviewing the unit’s activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team.
· Established and manager Service Levels with key internal and external stakeholders.
· Leads the CV VAS Operations team to ensure the optimal performance, operational maintenance of EMTS’s circuit switching systems and VAS nodes.
· Liaises with vendors to commission, integrate and perform system acceptance testing (SAT) for VAS elements on EMTS’ network.
· Ensures adherence to proactive maintenance cycle on all VAS circuit switching systems.
· Troubleshoot circuit switching VAS network nodes such as Voicemail, USSD, IVR, ring back tone, etc as required to prevent, isolate and resolve network faults.
· Consistently refine operating processes, systems and platforms to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure network operations meet operational delivery requirements.
· Reviews recommendations of the internal audit function relating to CS/VAS system policies, standards, guidelines and operations and action as required.
· Manages inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions.
· Provides leadership and guidelines to team members and manage subordinate’s performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives.
· Prepares/compiles agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Head, Core & VAS Operations.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head, Core & VAS Operations
Requirements:

No 5. POSITION: Senior Engineer, Packet Core/Operations. Management and Monitoring
Reports to: Manager, CS/Core Operations.
WORK BASE: Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
CORE PURPOSE: To assists implement effective framework for the operation and maintenance of all EMTS Packet Switching (PS) switches and provide support functions on PS equipment.
SUMMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assists the Manager, Core Operations in achieving the unit’s objectives.
· Assists in identifying required resources to achieve the unit’s function’s strategy.
· Assists to coordinate routine maintenance of Packet Switches in line with standard policies and procedures.
· Assists in coordinating the analysis of SS7 signalling on the core network to troubleshoot PS Core network nodes.
· Ensures the running of approved data transcripts to expand traffic route and signalling route to prevent congestion.
· Assists to coordinate toll ticketing and dumping into optical/magnetic disk to facilitate monthly billing to post-paid subscribers.
· Collaborates with Manager, CS Core to reviews recommendations of the internal audit function relating to PS Operations policies, standards, guidelines and operations.
· Compiles agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Core Operations.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Core & VAS Operations
Requirements:
· First degree or its equivalent in Engineering –related discipline.
