Position: SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Overall position requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year experience is required
- Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
- Good communicator, good verbal and written skills
- Able to juggle multiple simultaneous software development projects
- Able to provide technical team support

Technology requirements:
- ASP.Net using C# - minimum of 1 year experience
- ASP.Net Web Services, WCF Experience preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of advanced web development experience

- LINQ, Entity Framework
- JavaScript using patterns to consume and extend frameworks such as Prototype and jQuery.

Technology Preferred:
- Basic UML creating documents including class diagram, use-case diagram, sequence diagram, state chart diagram, activity diagram, component diagram, deployment diagram
- Experience dealing with Web Environments utilizing both .NET as well as 3rd Party technologies, CDNs, Cloud services such as etc.
Position: SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVES
Key Responsibilities
·Develop leads for new business
·Prospecting new clients and following up aggressively on contacts
·Making presentations/demos to make a sale;
·Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;
·Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers; prospect for new business;
·Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
·Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales;
·Gathering market and customer information;
·Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
·Advising on forthcoming product developments;
·Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;

Position: CLIENT CARE EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities
- Confer with clients by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve clients' problems.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Refer unresolved client grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Maintain regular contact with clients
- Obtain regular feedback from client and ensure that comments/complaints are attended to.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or any other social sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience required
- Knowledge of using computer, MS Word and MS Excel
- Able to excel in a fast paced environment
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, responsible and hands-on person
