Personality tests are not regular tests that have the usual right or wrong answers. It is just simply meant for 2 reasons:
1. To know the kind of individual u are
2. To know how suitable u are 4 a given job role

So in order words, we are talking about u as a person & how u relate, or how u would relate, on ur job. So before you take one,
understand d kind of person u are. U are not required 2 spend 2 much time thinkin on any question.
