Dear Sir/Madam,

PROVISIONAL OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

With reference to your application and subsequent discussions with us, we are pleased to offer you a provisional employment with Dove Care as a Sales Executive.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
The employment commences with an initial probation period of three months after which you will be confirmed subject to satisfactory performance on your scorecard deliverables, upon receipt of satisfactory references and your providing written guarantee from one responsible person acceptable to this company.

During and after the probation period, either party may discontinue this employment by giving two week’s written notice.

REMUNERATION
(a) Salary:
You are entitled to a monthly payment of N100, 000.00 (One Hundred Thousand naira). The salary can only be earned fully on achievement of 100% of monthly target, otherwise shall be pro- rated based on percentage achieved on target. This salary only applies to the sale of CUG LINES.

(b) Commission:
You shall be entitled to 30% of all qualifying services sold on behalf of the company. For qualifying services, please, contact the Business Development Manager.



(c) Other Benefits:
At Dove care, we ensure that there is job security. In addition to your salary, you get N50.00 commission whenever a client of yours pays his or her monthly access fee.

(d) Meeting:
You will be supervised by a team leader. You will have your meetings, once in a week with him and a general meeting once in a month with management.

MONTHLY CUG TARGET
Your Monthly target shall be 100 lines per Month

CONFIDENTIALITY
You are subject to the internal regulations of the company and will be required to sign a declaration of confidentiality on assumption of duty to the effect that information about the company cannot be disclosed to third parties without the consent of Dove Care.

VARIATION OF THIS OFFER
The provisions of this offer may only be varied by agreement in writing duly signed by you and the undersigned.


LEAVE
You will be entitled to 10 working days annual leave each year. Leave cannot be accumulated without the specific agreement and approval of the Management.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS OFFER
Please signify your acceptance of this offer by signing in the space provided below and returning to us one copy of this employment contract not later than twenty four hours from the date of this letter after which the offer would be deemed to have elapsed.


MISCONDUCT
Should you at anytime be found guilty of grave misconduct, refusal to comply with lawful orders/instructions, disclosure of confidential information, be convicted of a criminal offence, conduct yourself in such a manner as to bring the organization into disrepute, or be incapable of performing your duties to the satisfaction of the organization, Dove Care Professional Services will be entitled to exercise its power of Summary dismissal.

HOURS OF WORK
The normal hours of work are as follows:

Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

These hours are subject to alteration from time to time as may be necessary.

MODE OF DRESSING
You shall be expected to dress according to rules and regulations of the company. You are expected to dress formally from Monday to Thursday. However, you are allowed to dress informally on Friday. Your I.D Card must always be on your neck either when you are coming to the office or on the field of work. Query shall be issued to you if violate this rules.

PERFORMANCE
Your performance will be evaluated through our Staff Performance Appraisal System which will be conducted every month within each year.

BUSINESS ETHICS
It is expected that whilst in the employment of Dove Care, you will devote all your time to the business of our organization and not engaged in any other business for profit. It is expected that you will conduct your affairs with integrity and live above board at all times.

Did u aply&subsequently had a chat wit dem? U may try dem but make sure u dnt pay any dime to dem&it seems its a commissiond based job sinc u've been tied to a target.gudluck

@lanyat,it is obvious that the job is based on commission.the meaning of 'qualifying services' is one of the things u ve to find out.so u ll not get urself into a situation where if u meet up 50% of target,u ll be paid 50,000 inclusive transport and other things u need to pass through.
i advise u go there and ask questions urself,if u re nt satisfied,u may leave.

@morphylee go there and see things for urself,u have the right to negotiate with them but at that "DESPISE NOT THE DAYS OF LITTLE BEGINNING".it is well with all of us..

i got the offer letter too, its based on commision in disguise. God will help us. Thank God for the offer letter.

hello house Dove care are sellers of zain CUG line, they are using the present situation of unemployment in the country to sell there ZAIN CUG SIMS using graduate by deceiving with unrealistic offer which cannot be met. They will ask you guys to buy there CUG line on zain claiming that you cannot sell what you are not using, therefore for you to be able to convince people you will be asked to pay for one ZAIN CUG line by Dove care thereby you you to meet their monthly target..... they do their recruitment every month knowing fully that soilder go, soilder come barrack remain thesame..... I once fell into their deceiptive offer before I realize they where fake, even the commission of the line I sold sold for the few days I spent with them was not paid... Let the HE who have ear let Him hear and know that the fear of Dove care is the beginning of wisdom...... This are the likely names of the guys that made up the dove care crew "OTUN yellow slim guy with average height, DAMMY black guy" they do not have office of they own in Ilupeju they real SHOP is in one shoping complex in Ikeja no 20 Akinremi Street, Anifowoshe - Ikeja, Lagos. BEWARE

My guy,it's just a pity that i joined this thread late. U see, dove care or whatever they call themselves are nothin but organised 419ners. I was a victim of their parent company "Blue Ocean Strategy" at plaza 307 Adeola Odeku. Firstly,u'll be asked 2 buy an activated Zain line and be prepared 2 treek under the sun without salary. The truth is that they broke out of blue ocean and the job is a fucked up job. Pls be wise.

i happened to be a victim but God took me out of their net just in time and gave me my desired job.
my offer letter then reads 130,000.
these dovecare guys are just 2, tall and light skinned, short and light skinned.
they are theives, company not registered, they are the call centre reps, interview panel, training school tutors, head marketers-infact all-in-all.
dove care is a scam, beware cos all of us employed then no more exist with them just because, they collected money from us before we started, and after, we started hawking zain lines on the streets of lagos.

pls beware, they are theives.
