Director of Finance Needed in an International 5 Star Hotel

Job Title: Director of Finance
Responsibilities:

• Direct preparation of annual and monthly budgets and forecasts.
• Support General Manager and Hotel financial goals by direct preparation of monthly and annual reports
• Ensure compliance with Starwood policies and procedures
• Provide effective leadership for the finance team in relation to goal setting
• Negotiate and monitor contracts with hotels vendor
• prepare reports required by regulatory agencies
• additional duites as necessary and assigned

Requirement:

• 1st degree in accounting and professional qualification (ACA or ACCA)
• MBA is an added advantage
