Pass mark in TS is sixty percent average scorE on a total of fifteen courses, however,if one ends up scoring exactly this, one might/Could
still be evicted at the end of the process (this is the current trend) -this is so because DB searches to recruit "the best people" that can consistently 'exceed ' expectation- pls let set our minds on 65 above , afterall, pass mark in Access iS 70---(pls do not doubt the facts spelt out in this posting ; DO NOT -cos more people who scored above 60 are now being evicted after head office interview, while those score total average above 90 is still on the increase)

Isn't this unfair wen u were told 60% is d passmark , only for u to score a little above 60 and u get evicted. Mk dem kuku make cut off 90% nau. So those guys dey dropped nau will start re-subscribing to jobbberman (na wa oooo). Even me wey never start TS sef I no dey check jobberman mail anymore.

Hey guys, hws it been?? Ive been an active follower of this thread since it started and I can say it really helped keep me updated till i got into training school. For those of u who want to become diamonds, never lose hope, if you have passed d test, wait... I waited for close to 6months after medical before i was invited for training. DB is a good place to start life, trust me, very comfortable environment, friendly packages etc. God's time is the best.
Our training will come to an end by Dec7th in owerri, hope to see u guys around sometime.

I tink DB recruitment is ongoing.. Buh d ugly truth is very little applicants that submit cv via dis mail of a thing get called for Test..... Av done so wit no result not until I fortunately met an insider that helped submit my cv.

For those in lagos or abuja who have not taken a test or taken longer dan 6months, pls send ur cv's 2any branch especially where there is human capital or human resources.. A test will b conducted on sat d 1st of december... Goodluck.

@chariseva bros relax nau.... Recruitment agent ke?? Lol. Its just an assumption based on d fact that most of us got contacted by DB on a tuesday. I got my text result, interview invite, interview result and medical invite on tuesdays.. So we just assumed we ll get Training invite on a tuesday.. Hope u grab....

Stop spreading false and unconfdirmed rumours. YES afta TS u will meet the MD and he can either confirm you to be dropped, it all depends on your confidence when you meet with him. Also passmark is 60% even if u get below jst try and make it up in the remaining exams and make sure ur overall average is good. Also for us to have gotten to this stage its only devil, handwork, afishe, stupidity that will make someone be dropped.

Anyway I don't spread rumours - there is not part of my postings that I cannot support with proven facts and evidence...I can therefore reiterate clearly, the if ONE SCORES 60 and u turn out Last in one set , there one will have to explain to OTTI y one came last --- if he is not satisfied with ur reasons then one just might be in for it,--i personally followed up with @ least 2 peeps who score 63 and 62 in seperate sets ,yet came last and are already evicted as I post (its no joke )---what do I av to gain by sowing fear in the minds of people?
