Lest I 4get. @guys having theirs 2mao.. Eat well ooo. I got thr 8.15am nd did mine 7.30pm. U don open mouth abi. Na so ooo. Also come wif all credentials especially Waec- 5 credits including eng nd maths , I tink 2 sittings were allowed. Make ur travelling no turn picnic oooo. Best of luck 2 us all.

Hollablaise. U no wat ehn.... Its panel interview really and dr is one more interview session prior to medicals, buh d trick is wen u re told we ll get back to u. That's d end of d race cos u ll be later sent regret text. Buh if u re told to come back anyoda time, it means u av been considered for second and final interview. One of d panelist even told us himsef.

@ konfessor. I will jare... It all started wit d screening of our credentials nd dose without required documents were either rejected or told to bring it nxt @interview.
Proper interview started about 9.30am. Was Composed of 2 panelist of three each. This one wit a fair lady seemed dangerous as we could see her reactions thru d transparent glassdoor. She was really scrutinising peeps real hard. Am sure dose dat scale thru her desk were really ontop of their game.
Questions asked varied, buh I tink d most common ones were. Talk abt ursef, abt ur course of study and how u can relate it to banking (a physics graduate was asked to define scalar,vectors etc), why diamond, ehen abt ur project in d uni, also abt ur workexperience.
Well 4 me it was a diff bal game cos I did mine very late like 7.30pm. Evryone was abit tired. I was asked abt mysef, whr I've worked b4, lastly if I'll prefer ibadan or abk cos I'm based in lag.
In all just be confident and pray for favour. I tink most of us dat did towards d end were succesful.

I was asked wat i will if i get dis DB job and get offer from chevron. And i tink my answer wasnt wat de wanted to hear. My confidence, and answers to other question wer ok. Bt just dat technical questn. Was disqualified, ''u will hear frm us''. Wat do u tink i shld hav said?

@Hollablaise,etal..when u ar askd such a question,tell dem u av developed a strong passion for de banking profession a long tym ago inspite of wat u studied...tel dem ur job satisfaction comes frm de love u av 4 wat u do & nt frm fat & monetary packages. Tel dem u ar keen on working in diamond bank cos of its uniqueness in service delivery & hz a very rich human capital devlopmnt package in relation 2 staff training& growth on de job, jst convince dem u see DB as a career institution were young ppl ar groomed 2bcom professionals. Its all abt ur passion in de bankin profession, with DB as ur focal point. Be confident & convincing in ur expresion. Dnt lose ur chance. Gdluck 2 all avin intervwz 2day. Success all de way.
@ all avin interviews, during my interview sessions, de interviewers told me dey'll get bck 2 me both in de 1st & 2nd intervw. I dnt knw hw de word hz bcom a direct bomb dat explodes almost immediately. Listen, de intervw myt nt av gone well frm ur perception of de session,but knw it isn't over until u get deir sms. Many ppl can attest 2 dat. Rehearse ur responses b4 goin dere. Study deir facial expressions as u respond 2 questions & dnt hold bck any info dat wil gv u de edge due 2 fear of further questions, u myt nt av a chance 2 say it agn. NB, no question is a joke in there, so joking gv a well packaged response. Pls dnt conclude ur fate until u rcv ur sms. If ur accent reflects ur tribe,try polishing ur answers wit phonetics a little,lol. Its funny but Dnt it 4 granted.

@ Nelzona, don't worry the best is yet to come. @ elbucho, when I entered they were just admiring me and said the like my suit and shirt. They even gave me water and they asked me my name and after that they said congrats. That I should come bak 2moro.
