As for me, during my 2nd interview, after telling them abt myself, i was asked abt my present employment as DSA for stanbic; my monthly pay and commission, what makes me a good sales person, my monthly target, why didnt i join them as DSA. Thats all!

Any useful infor from inhouse that could go a long way to neutralise †ђȋ̝̊̅§ situation?? Am really tired of †ђξ whole slow-pased recriutment process....mstewwww!

@ all 2nd intervw invitees, durin my intervw, i wz askd if i wz in any way related 2 a particular man who hd same surname wit me & i said no. I cnt tel if de man hd defrauded de bank in tym past, so i quikly dissociated myself frm him. I wz later told by an exstaff dt de man wz formerly an MD in either kaduna or abuja but wz askd 2liv wen de bank wz undergoin major restructurin. 2ndly, since i studied biz admin, i wz askd 2tel dem wat biz admin is abt. 3rdly, i wz askd 2 tel dem de most critical resources 2 an organzatn. Dey were very frndly. Jst knw wat ur course entails, info on de bank, infact be fully equipd wit all ur/DB info, so dt u wnt be taken unaware. Our's wz almost less than 5mins per interviewee. Gdluck 2 u all & sory4 de long content.lol.

If una like make una break bittle for una head na una sabi, as for me I don tire finally for the whole process, Even Rotschild sef no use 9mnths recruit. This whole process is now irritating. When they have backlog they still go ahead recruiting, this is just the height of unprofessionalism, I jst wish I can sue them and collect 5years salary upfront with damages then go .

Besides even if dey call in Lagos peeps in nov, it won't be more dan 55 candidates, many peeps will still av 2 wait till nxt year. So, 4 me I av decided 2 put off my mind 4rm DB dis year and focus on Unilag pg. D way DB is going nd considering d huge no waiting in Lagos, some might wait till even nxt year sept. We will surely get there.
Great 12 dnt be so sure...dey wud def send piple 2 other training schools across naija dats wat a reliable source told me. I'm also doin unilag MBA in second semester now. Have u done medicals?

My guy truly they don't owe us any JOB BUT u will agree with me that an organisation which classes itself amongst the best don't do things the way DB have done. They have put a lot of people on pressure, some peeps can't even do what they are supposed to do becos of this uncertainty. Am meant to have travelled since August BUT I can't becos dnt knw or av any idea of when they will be calling a dnt want to get caught unawares.
I knw but dey knw best..anytin associated wit lagos always has competition and hitches..cos its d center of excellence..omo I prefer 2 wait till next year 4 dem 2 post me 2 lag..than do hurry hurry and post me to work at ekiti or eboyin...d patient dog eats d fatest bone. Guy do u knw hw many 100's of thousands of jobless youths in d country dat r praying to be on ur level..at least to wakeup and look 4wrd 2 something. God has really been Good to us to take us this far cos I knw 2 pips in my area dat were ditched at d 1st interview. All we have 2 do is 2 be positive and pray.

Great12, wat I feel *just a speculation* is dat dey want u guys to wait 4 us so we'l all do medicals together once and 4 all. Cos d reamining of march batch will b doin there final interview thursday and friday..mayb after dat period..dey wud start sendin text to all for medicals. Mayb dey tryin 2 b organized. Dats wat mite likely b d cause of ur long wait 4 medicals since june.

U'll definitely be identified by ur IT skills in de short or long run. Dnt allow de initials deter u. I wz told by a senior exstaff dat as GT, we'll be deployd 2 operations. Ds wil gv u an opportunity of recognition. thus, u av a big chance of practicin ur specialty.
