Hello guys! I can feel the rush and anxieties going on in the house. It has always been like that since the inception of this DB forum. Am sorry i have not been able to update the house of progress from TS OWERRI. Honestly we have been placed under oats and as such obliged to comply. There is so much to b expected of you as new in takes and also much to benefit from. DB is a place to work and build a career but you must be at your best at all times. They want nothing else but the best among equals and if you can"t deliver here in TS and subsequently as a trainee, you would simply be counselled out. DB is positioning itself to become one of the leading financial institution, working with the best people who in turn would provide unequaled customer experience and deliver superior shareholders value. And the bank has set up a project to achieve that in the near future hence, the need for this recruitment all over the federation. Plz be informed you have to be prepared at all times even at this early stage of your recruitment process and i would also advice those coming in for trainee to keep themselves busy with study materials relating to economics, accounting and banking finance. Lol, dis is all so funny..all i hear is DB TS is tof & rigorous, so wat?de basic line is dat u wld be tot & gvn exam. De nxt tin is 2 pass it &be participative in de process. Prov u deserv wat dy r offerin. U passd deir test wit out prior lecture, y wld u jst fail de one dt hz scope,availabl materials & its evn lectured? Wat i perceiv is dt dy av so many areas 2 toch in such a short tym, hence de rigorous process. No orgnztn tels u dy want dullers. Am nt one,& frm wat i perceiv here, u guyz r de best. Orgnzatnal success is dependent largely on effective/efficient mgt strategiz, complemented wit good work force 4 effectiv policy implementation. Most fundamental sources of organztnzl profits com frm public sector/ corporat bankin. We r expected 2 deliver @ our level. Fear of de unknown can mk u lose ur self confidens &competens b4 de real deal. Jst tel us we r on trak & guide us on areas of relevanz& we'll aprct it as we'v alwyz don. I wrote my 1st interview on the 15th aug @ Idejo and on the 17th, I got my successful msg to await the second level interview

My people,good day..I have a question,some1 said there 3 3 sectors in banking "operations,marketing and I.t",my question is durin the training do the trainees get to choose which sector they wanna major in or does the bank choose it themselves..I'm also waiting on d 2nd level interview in lag..did my 1st interview on 16th n was successful.
