CNI International! Pls, does any1 know if dis organization is worth my comin 2 lagos 2moro mornin. I jst sent dem cv 2dayz ago, only 2be called 4 test and oral interview scheduled for 10am 2moro. Anybody wit useful info shld tel me cos am faced wit de chalenge of makin it 2 lag & arrivin de center latest 9:50am.

My insider called me this morning asking me if I was invited for interview slated for saturday for lagos entry level candidates. He sed a h.r guy who is his pal sed dey havin interviews tomao. Pls who got any invite or can confirm this. Thanks

plz wat eva i post here is from a confirmed source. I dont post any how. The 2nd round of the test invite will be sent soonest. More than 25k Cv is yet to be scrutinised. But one thing is dat de test is a very technical question not Gmat.

Update from Owerri TS: Finally we r through wt our exams 14 in all. Thank God. We shall be going for branch attachment next week. Very sure owerri hopefuls will b startn their training school in August! So get ready!! Its stressful though bt in d midst of d reading n learning, lies plenty of Fun! God's grace

DB pay 80k to Trainees, there's transport allowance paid too from May 14th to end of June 21k. Don't knw wt u mean by upgrade but ud be a trainee for 6months b4 u become an executive trainee upon confirmation(ie from d day u start TS). 2 months in TS den 4months in d bank B4 becoming an ET. Most pple r stayn wt relations,one or two rented houses,one or two are stayn in a hotel. Dependn on hw many owerri peeps,if they r not much, they could merge them wt Ph peeps. But am not sure!!
Definitely owr will merge with ph for TS. Only 40 pass aptitude test in owr and out of that i know less would pass interview like 30

@bugo, that 80k, is it every month or after training, you ll be paid a training allowance of 80k. Plz clarify us on that english. The 80k for trainees, is it a monthly allowance of 80k for trainees or a training allowance of 80k(i.e to be paid @ de end of training section)

80k every month,we were paid for evn d two weeks plus some days in may, abt 45k den June 80k plus 21k transport allowance from dt May to June. So ts every month. U knw am not supposed to be disclosing all ds in public, so no more hint on allowance abeg.

First of all, bugo tks for not withholding that information. Of course bravehost my good friend, u want to work in diamond bank to render your service and be well paid accordingly.
@Richest_man you don't say things like dat. Such info she is giving is privileged info and could cost her the job. I doubt you ave heard of what is called a Non-disclosure agreement. You sign that to get most good jobs. After all of all the peeps dat were called at the same time with her she is the only one dat has bothered to come back and tell us something the rest disappeared into thin air. You ought to apologise for dat comment.

@emy nothing much. It all depends on wat u read in school and de content of ur cv. E.g, if u read chem. Engineering, dey ll lik to know wat do u want to achieve in financial sector and where u ll like to see ur self in next 5 years. Some are asked about diamond bank products and features/characteristics. For me de only question i was asked in de first one was Can i meet u. We were on it for lik 10mins. I was called up in less than 3 mins for 2nd interview where i was asked why i made 2nd class instead of 1st class. My ans. To dem is that exam is not de tru text of knowledge. We argued it. The branch manager wanted to walk out on me. I stopped him and asked him a simple question. " if exam is de tru text of knowledge, i ve passed diamond bank test. Just go ahead and train me as ur staff wit out going tru all these stress of selection process. After all i passed de exam out of over 1000, only 37 passed. They all kept quiet and told me its a pleasure and do i ve a comfortable place where i can stay in owerri." i want to advice you. Your composure is even more important to the correctness of your answer before the enthusiastic panel of judges. "20th"
