Data Entry Operator Needed Urgently

Our Client, a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company that has been operating in Nigeria for over 40 years seeks to recruit for the position of a Data Entry Operator.

Primary Job:
Collate data provided by production supervisor, Format and report data to Sr. Management

Job Description:
1. Data entry of Stoppage, Production data in a computer
2. Prepare Word documents on the summary of data as required by management
3. Take care of the computer provided for the job
4. Should be able to communicate in English
5. Be able to write e-mails
6. Should not disclose data other than to those required for the Job
7. Be able to discuss with shop floor personnel in case of discrepancy of data


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Should have passed the College level preferably in Science and Maths stream
2. Be aware of Desk top computers, MS Windows packages such as Excel and Power Point.
3. Should have basic knowledge of preparing graphs in Excel
4. Should have operated and worked on Excel and Word for at least two years
5. In case of a higher skilled person a higher salary may be considered

Conditions:
1. Place of work : Agbara, Ogun state
2. Females also can be considered for the Job
3. Personnel to make their own arrangements of stay
