Customers service executive
Jixa Pharm. Co. Ltd based in Lagos with branches across the country, with a wide range of ethical and OTC products. Due to continuous growth and creation of new business unit, we are looking for qualified, result-oriented, Team player, dynamic and energetic candidates to fill this position for immediate employment.
CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Escalate customer complaints and other issues to the RE in order to solve them, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
- Ensure all contact centre activities are executed according to defined systems, processes, procedures and policies
- Process and also monitor work orders based on confirmed orders from the contact centre/online store/showroom
- Prepare and monitor daily journey plans for the delivery driver based on expected deliveries
- Build, maintain and manage effective relationships with colleagues and customers to facilitate smooth operating system
- Performs other duties as assigned by RE or CCM
- Prepare quotations of orders placed by customers and send to production
- Open the call centre mail hour by hour for quick and effective response to customers’ request.
- Log in confirmed orders and follow-up on tellers
- File all documents appropriately
- Update the excel sheet by following audit procedures
- Arrange the showroom at all times
- Learning about our products and keeping up to date with changes
APPLICANT MUST POSSESS:

- Bsc/HND in a related field with at least 2 years experience
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Professional qualifications will be added advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft Office proficiently
