RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Data
  • Reply Mails
  • In charge of office recruitments
  • Deal directly with customers
  • Respond Promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and handle all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and Coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interaction.

QUALIFICATION and REQUIREMENT:

  • B.Sc or HND in any relevant field
  • Must reside in Lagos or Ibadan
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Interpersonal skills, Listening skills and Communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving
  • Hard working, Active and Agile
