RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Data
- Reply Mails
- In charge of office recruitments
- Deal directly with customers
- Respond Promptly to customer inquiries
- Obtain and handle all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manage administration
- Communicate and Coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interaction.
QUALIFICATION and REQUIREMENT:
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant field
- Must reside in Lagos or Ibadan
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Interpersonal skills, Listening skills and Communication skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Hard working, Active and Agile
