Customer care&Sales manager to Wicktech Media Ltd. (IT solutions company)

IT solutions firms are looking for Sales manager to manage a portfolio of their clients.
We`re developing web solution and applications for business and financial companies.

Key Responsibilities as a CRM Manager:

• Communication with customers by phone and email to find out their needs, needs and proposals to strengthen the relationship with the company
• The search for new distribution channels the company's services - work with new clients
• Meeting or exceeding the business and financial goals by delivering agreed metrics
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Sales Planning
• Client Relationships
