A fabric care company with the ultimate goal to be the biggest fabric care retail chain company in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa requires the services of the following partners at different branches (Lekki, Magodo, Yaba, Isolo, Diya and Ilupeju) of her operation
RESPONSIBILITIES Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Attending to customers’ inquiries and complaints Keeping a daily log of customer activities SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum of OND in any related discipline Minimum of 1-2 years work experience Basic computer knowledge Good communication skills Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
