Job Title: Customer Care Executive/ Supervisor (CCE01)
Job Purpose:
- To maintain customer satisfaction by providing quality customer care services to all our clients and managing the customer care desk in each of our locations.
Education/Knowledge/Skills
- A good degree with a minimum of 2 years working experience as Customer Service Executive/Supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
