Culminate Consulting is recruiting for its client in a leading Financial Institution in the position of a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for driving lucrative sourcing strategies resulting in optimum utilization of resources and reduction in recruitment cots while focusing on hiring quality talent and building a diverse talent pool for future business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruit and screen applicants
· Develop recruitment plans and coordinate recruitment activities
· Extend offer of employment
· Conduct employee orientation
· Counsel managers
· Coordinate employee transfers and separations
· Ensure validity of required tests
· Ensure strong employer brand
· Maintain an up to date “Profile Bank” to fulfil any potential requirements within the least possible timeframe.
· Optimize the use of social media for passive candidate sourcing and proactively building a robust candidate pipeline for frequent and critical roles.
· Prepare recruitment reports to keep tab on costs involved, timelines for recruiting etc.
· Work on improving employee experience by promoting company career growth initiatives, encouraging referrals etc
Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelors Degree in Human Resource/Industrial Relations or any related discipline
· Able to work in a fast paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines
· Demonstrated experience in applying leading recruitment practices and competency/behavioural based assessment techniques and adept with using a variety of recruiting technologies to source talent.
· Experience in servicing Service Level Agreements
· Experience in working with recruitment agencies, external parties and candidates direct in terms of attracting talent
· Minimum of 3 years experience conducting end to end recruitment for high profile positions and diverse industries
· Proven research and analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgement.
