Credit Rehabilitations Officer

We urgently require CVs from suitably qualified candidates for the above named position for our client in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement rehabilitation strategies on all accounts in arrears.
Maintain daily activity logs of number of calls, right party contacts, promises to pay and promises to pay kept.
Customer Education.
Compliance with statutory, regulatory and supervisory requirements.
Reporting any breaches and exposures to the Supervisors.

Knowledge:
Sound knowledge of retail lending analysis techniques, advances, credit criteria, credit policies, risk and financial analysis, credit control and application thereof.
Sound understanding of the bank's products suite - unsecured lending, home loans, vehicle & asset financing, credit cards.
Minimum of a 1st degree in Social Sciences.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite with high proficiency in MS Excel.
