Sorry, guys. I've not been online in a while.
There's nothing much to it.
We were about 240something in the first batch, and were divided into groups of forty each. We had classes in customer care, IT and MTN stuff for two weeks- a really nice, but somewhat tough experience. There were several tests, and your reaching the next stage after the training depends on the average score obtained.
I've no news as to when the next batch will commence. We aren't even sure when we start work fully.

Tosinx, don't flatter yourself. It wasn't you that got me to talk. I had BSOD on both my laptops and until I settled them, there was no browsing for me. And as for learning to be non-confrontational, you've got to learn to be less irritating. I don't owe you anything.
