Job Description:
Oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting; asset management; cash flow management; payroll; management reporting; financial, variance and accounts analysis.
Interviews and hires new staff,prioritize, assigns and reviews work.
Provides timely and relevant performance reports to the CEO and other management as required.
Responsible for managing/monitoring all tax issues – e.g. direct/indirect/withholding taxes
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
Reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
