CAREER MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Requirements
· Leading career management activities within the practice
· Providing opportunities for individuals and organizations to develop themselves and their career management efforts
· Identifying career development and management opportunities
· Developing products and services to new and existing markets
· Providing end to end career management solutions
· Assessing individuals and organizations using appropriate assessment tools and methods
· Providing diagnosis and providing recommendations and implementation assistance to the achievement of career management goals
· Managing and developing career related products and services with a view to ensuring a profitable business
· Development and achievement of profitability and operational plans and budgets in line with Career Management Unit business plan
· Assisting clients (individuals and businesses) with recruitment and placement solutions



Qualifications and Requirements:
· Applicant must possess at least OND/HND or Bsc.
· Must be computer literate.
· He must have good command of English
· Knowledge of assessment tools and methods is relevant.
