The American University of Nigeria, Yola, is seeking a Permanent Customer Service Representative/ Office Administrator. This position is a local position and opens to indigenous and/or legal residents of Nigeria.

Job Location: Yola, Adamawa
Summary of Position:
The Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator will primarily serve as the frontline contact for the ACIT to the public and customers. The incumbent will also be responsible for the general office administration of the ACIT.
Requirements
- Must possess an ND in a Business Administration or similar relevant field.
- At least 6-12 months' experience in a similar position. Experience in an IT training environment would be an advantage.
- Relevant marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills.
- Ability to organize work efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficient in ICT skills, including MS Office, Internet and e-mail, and other relevant applications and systems.

- Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and job classification as approved by the University.
