CANIDIDATES NOT CALLED FOR FIRST BANK

I think candidates that were not or have not been called for firstbank are those that indicated that they have a job already while applying. I am saying this because all my friends that are currently working, including me that applied were not called whereas, my friends that applied and are not working have been called already. I am not 100% sure of this but this is just my observation.
Any other contributions will be appreciated. For all that have written, all the best. For those that will write 2mrw and next, all the best

@ fistop, sori to say but ur assumption/observation is kinda wrong.
i n a friend applied and included our working status (currently working) and we were both called.
so the criteria used to shortlist is still not clear to any of us, we can only keep guessing.

I'm working anyway, but I needed a better paying job, dat was why I applied. I didnt tell them am working though, I wasnt fortunate enof 2 make their shortlist. We'll all get there

Pls let us consider the issue of gate crashing, do you think this may be allowed, can you confirm from those who have written, wether gate crashers were allowed, we need to know our fate because we all deserve to write afterall.....

There is nothing like gate crashers or wot av u... U ll be asked to bring out ur "print out" or the msg u got from dem. They ll even confirm 4rm their system b4 u can be allowed to write the test.

@bamidele0703,so hw did d test go?did u do yrs in lagos?so u mean every candidates FBN ID was verified on their system?

I even called them on phone and verify if I can still be called.
But they said sorry, you didn't meet the criteria for selection.
Despite I have 2.1 in Economics with age 27yrs. after said 've done, I asked what criteria did you put up,
He said "oga" you can't know this job more than us thank you, have a nice day.
But I know one thing for sure that " the kind water of i will drink can't pass me".

@felix4me which people did u call? Is it FBN or dragnet?

pls let the house help me with sample/specimen of aptitude test for Nafs Stenograph or anything on sternography, who called me for test on the 3rd of this month. Pls help me out all my family members in the house

@fistop, i was beginning to arrive at the same conclusion with u, as per the job thing, i tot i and my friend werent called becos we indicated we were working but since some pple that are working got invited, that clears it.
@felix4me, talking abt the call u made is kinda giving me closure over the whole thing, atleast now, i know they are no more calling, i can relax and know first bank has passed for now but i also know better things are yet to come.
generally anyway, i am under the impression the criteria was more or less random, they need 1000 pple and they preset the system to do a random selection of 1000 pple that meet the criteria, thats my own personal opinion anyway but the most important thins is i now have closure.

people who attended State Universities were not called

I'm nt too cleared of the crateria used by first bank, well sucess for those called.

A friend of mine from a state university was called.

My neighbour attended Abia State Univ. & she was selectd to take d test at chams.

the whole selection process must have been random,and all your postulates are wrong,cos I am not working,attended a federal University,made a 2.1, and was not called and a friend of mine with same stats was called.So it was just a random selection and nobody can proffer any criteria.For those still hoping to be called,it is better to move on ,Better days lie ahead...and success to those that have written and those yet to write.

I think they invited from a pool of qualified candidates. I wasn't called and it's their loss! However, they can't call everyone. Fast forward to PZ Cussons Graduate Trainees and CCSNL Zain Call Centre Agents. Keep the faith people.

@Maymartin, I think you are right. Mine was state university with 2'1 but was not called.

d truth is FBN had no criteria.... i was invited and i know from authoritative sources that it was very random and dey concentrated on the lists from staffs of d bank first..then just randomly selected the rest. 170,000 people applied..... 13. 500 were called.

I WONDER Y PEOPLE RUN THEIR MOUTH ANY HOW WITHOUT ANY SENSE OF REASONING.I ATTENDED A STATE UNI, AND WAS CALLED AND ONE NONENTITY IS STATING HERE THAT THOSE WHO ATTENDED STATE UNI WERE NOT CALLED.IF U DONT MEET THE CRITERIA, 4GET IT AND PRAY 4 ANODA ONE INSTEAD OF SAYING WAT U DONT KNOW COS U DONT WORK THERE

I THINK THE CRETIA FOR SELECTION IS STILL NOT CLEAR.....BUT WHEN I ASKED MY AUNT THAT WORKS IN THE HR DEPT OF FIRST BANK (HEADQUATERS) SHE SAID THAT THE TWO THINGS THAT WERE CONSIDERED ARE: YEAR OF GRADUATION AND AGE i.e NOT GRADUATING EARLIER THAN 2007 AND NOT BEING MORE THAN 27YRS. BUT I STILL DO NOT AGREE TOTALLY COS THERE ARE PPLE WHO MET THESE CONDITIONS AND WERE NOT INVITED...THOSE NOT INVITED SHOULD JUST TAKE IT EASY AND CONTINUE TO RELY ON GOD....

i think they used age.....most people who used 1983 didnt get called.....

A friend of mine was called and she went to a state school so dat cant be a major consideration.

I dunno what you guys are talking about. I'm 22, I had a 2.1 and I wasn't called. My coursemate had a 2.2 and is 27, but was called. It's called RANDOM SELECTION!

i don't know what dragnet is doing to the remaining test, i wasn't called till now. really confused now.
