GMAT and SHL are not the SAME. I am a mathematician and dis is fact. SHL is purely and totally a statistical and graphical reasoning question while GMAT is numeric and logical reasoning test. GSE and GMAT are the same but done by a different group.For more clerification, visit ur local bookstore and get these books.

dear mahematician dis ur own view 4 i neva said gmat n shl are d same but d question is;shl&gse are they d same? Though u might b right 4 'no man is an island of knowledge'

GMAT stil contains shl questions! I hv d latest gmat, and shl is written on it. I hv writtn shell test and its shl and d questions luk lyk doz in gmat.

I av only done SHL's personality assessment. I don't know if it's the same as GSE. It requires consistency.

I got another link from dragnet telling me how to go about the assessment

i got it too...i did it immediately..its just a personality test, no correct or wrong answers, just say the truth as it applies to you but remember, you must be CONSISTENT...its a 128questions personality test, examining your attitude to work, whether or not you take risk(reasonable or unreasonable)..whether u like to plans things ahead or impromptu...how sociable you are...and all that...ALL DA BESTEST
