It's a good thing dat dis recruitment is out and I must tell u dat CADBURY is definitely a very good place to build and sustain a career. Just to share a few tips wit those of u who r interested in d recruitment. Now that u hav successfully filled ur application and hav received a confirmation email, I wld advise dat u start preparing and studying for ur GSE test as dis is USUALLY (if not always) d test format applied by Dragnet and u shld also bear in mind dat d test wld b CBT (computer-based testing). U wld need high level of speed and accuracy to scale d test. D interview is most likely gonna take just a whole day (jst like SRD) and u wld hav different sessions and assessments for dat single day. I wld drop detailed tips on how to go about d interview after d tests might hav been taken. Note dat d entire recruitment process wld most likely b concluded before d end of dis year and d successful ones might b required to resume early next year.
