TITLE: Business Operations Analyst
MARKETS: rail haulage, infrastructure and logistics support firm
LOCATION: Yaba, Lagos
Strategic Planning
· Distilling smart insights from intelligent research and well guided intuition to advise the CEO on strategy (especially around sales and marketing)
· Develop regular operations Reports, Proposals and Sales Forecasts
· Forecasting trends and spot emerging opportunities in the competitive environment
· Advising the CEO on strategic focus areas which may help the organisation build and maintain its strategic competitiveness in a very competitive industry
Marketing
· Engaging target audience to buy the business’ value proposition
· Convert leads that have been generated by the CEO and/or other staff
· Develop and expand the frontiers of the business’ value proposition (products and services)
· Ensure the company meets its commercial objectives
Operations Management
· Stakeholder management at all levels within the business (intercompany) and external
· Cost efficient and effective allocation of labour and equipment to achieve the daily work requirements and service budget.
· Responsible for the overall maintenance of the company owned and operated transport equipment.
· Provide administrative and technical assistance to field operators managing client hauls.
Selection Criteria;
· Highly persuasive verbal communication skills with excellent written communication skills
· Highly organised, acute attention to detail, and ability to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
· Forward-thinking and solutions-orientated approach at all times
· Strong MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills are required
PACKAGE: Basic salary 600,000 per annum + benefits including bonus scheme, company laptop, mobile and other performance based benefits
