Business manager in a leading fashion business
We are the leading and fastest growing fashion business in Nigeria, with our flagship store located in Lagos. We are recognized within our industry for our superior customer service, extensive styles and giving value for money to our customers.
We are embarking on an ambitious business expansion program to double our business volume within the next one year. In achieving this objective, we are seeking a strong, performance-oriented individual as Business Managers to lead this journey.
To qualify for selection, you must demonstrate above average abilities and capabilities in; leading a team, working with minimal supervision and under pressure, innovation, communication, interpersonal relationship building, and passion for exemplary customer service
We will offer you a base salary plus commission-based compensation based on achievement of volume targets, and above what obtains in our industry.
You must be a female, not older than 30 years of age, and educated to graduate level (HND/BSc). Possession of a business degree will be a definite advantage.
You must also possess a minimum of 2 years previous working experience, preferably from a structured business company. Alternatively, a fresh graduate with very strong demonstrated entrepreneurial skills can be considered.
