Essential requirements
A university degree with minimum of Second Class Upper division
Not more than 3 years work experience
Completed NYSC by December 201 2
Desirable requirements
A high level of creativity and innovation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

I got a mail from BAT saying I passed their initial screening and will be contacted shortly for the next step of the process. Anyone else get this?

@ elicia; are you working somewhere presently? I learnt that BAT prefers candidate that already has some work experience. When did you get the mail? Still expecting mine.

I got the mail on the 12th of September, thats upper week friday. I applied to their Corporate and Regulatory affairs(CORA).

Hi all, no word from BAT on the manangement trainee position yet?? Its taking so long after they sent the mail about the confirmation of the first stage.

Got a a mail from BAT in the early hours of this morning, this is the content;

We are pleased to inform you that you have passed our initial screening stage. A member of our Recruitment Team will contact you shortly to confirm the next stage in our selection process. In the meantime, thank you for your interest in this role.
