For those yet to do yours, its just a chat, nothing related to a real interview.
They ll call some hours before time to confirm and maybe reschedule your time by hours like i said before, then when its time they call for the chat proper.
Normal questions to expect include Why Bat and some other general interview questions. Nothing you havnt been asked before.
Now this is very important because it made my interview look horrible, if you are using mtn and its terrible in your area, when they call, give them another line . I did but they didnt call me on that line and MTN messed up my interview. Imagine having cuts during the interview...Seriously i wasnt just happy about the whole thing.Felt like crying. Anyways that was how my Telephone interview went, I hope others would share their experiences here and also tell us when they recieve feedback so i would know if am still in the race cos as of this moment, i really dont know where i stand. So please reply with your experience and also when you hear from them if not this would be my last post on this issue.

i was a bit nervous bt later came dwn,d netwrk wasnt cool at all, and 2mch noise at d background,no tanx 2 di loudspeaker 4rm one church lyk dat, al dsame, am very hopeful...

@eeraiy33, its simple, 4rm wuse market take a cab on drop 2 d venue. it cant be more than 300NAIRA

Yes i just saw the mail now, but what i dont understand is why would they take me all the way to ibadan oyo state for interview...Y not lag?

It is Possible. However i have no proof of that.

I haven't gotten a call or even a regret mail. They should atleast have done that so I would know where I stand.

Dose anyone know weda dey have started calling people for Lagos marketer apart from d mail sent earlier,notifying u of d selection.

O ga o! calling people for interview when some of us are still expecting telephone invite stuff. It is well, Go dey!

@Taba and other guys that are still expecting to be called for the phone interview, i think it's time to move on. I myself moved on the moment I learnt that they've started calling people for the 2nd interview.
For those that have made it thus far, I wish u guys all the best. Hopefully, those that will get the offer letter will be from this forum.

@gregeal thank you jare, I believe if you did yours at their lagos office you stand a better chance, those guys at their factory in ibadan are looking for outstanding engineers in their factory, its just sad. Their loss though
