Boat Club Lounge Manager

A trendy boat club is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee daily operations and services of the club which include Supervisory, Financial, Administrative, Maintenance and various other duties.

Responsibilities

• .Ensuring that club facilities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding boating and boating safety, environmental protection, employment, and other areas.
• Development and execution of policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the club.
• Planning and coordination of various activities to promote the boat club.
• Recruiting new members in order to increase profit for the club.
• Interacting with members using excellent customer service skills.
• Preparing correspondence, reports, and other paperwork.

Skills and Qualifications

• A university degree (2.2 minimum).
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills ( both written and oral).
• Ability to lead a team, with good organizational, critical-thinking, and self management skills.
