THE ROLE: CATEGORY SALES
MANAGEMENT OFFICER: THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST:
*Love travelling & be willing to travel extensively.
*Be an extrovert with excellent
interpersonal skills.
*Be willing to take up higher level of responsibilities and work under pressure.
*Posses a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values – COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE and ONENESS.
*Good Microsoft office computer skills especially in Ms Word, Excel and Power point.

QUALIFICATION
*Candidate must have a minimum of NCE,OND,BA/BSC and masters degree will be an added advantage.

*Experience needed in business development, accounting,public
speaking,handling of Consumer
durable products etc.

*Have good analytical skills to analyse trade data. Have good communication skills.

The successful candidate will be
required to:
*Lead/manage Human resource in an emmerging environment.
*Activate consumer promotions.
*Train & develop trade personnel for technical selling.
*Execute competition analysis and
report findings.
*Push emerging categories & NPD
products.
*Identify channel opportunities & support frontline sales.
*Carry out specific market analysis & penetration strategy.
