Choose glo seems they pay higher
Hi all,
Can u pls help me decide between Flour mills graduate training program and Globacom (entry level)?
Comments will be appreciated.
Choose glo seems they pay higher
yor career choice should play an important role!
when you say entry level in Glo,what areas are you looking at cos if it is Call Centre/customer Care, you might spend decades there even with their high pay.all the same the ball is in your court, serve well.
It depends on what you want in your career. I hope you want to grow to the peak of your chosen career, then go for the one that can help you achieve that. Chose the one you feel that can bring you job satisfaction. All depends on what you want. The ball is in your court as others have replied but GOD can direct you more.
TRUST IN JEHOVAH THE GIVER OF EVERY GOOD GIFT AND PERFECT PRESENT.HE IS SURELY THERE FOR YOU
What is ur career line/field?.Whch one makes u feel fulfiled. Consider ur career first, but if the pay is too small compared to the other,go for the money job.
go 4 Glo, is the best choice.
Thank God 4 ur success.think u shld go 4 GLO. they pay better wit a good workin condition.
Guy, if you thinking of building a career, I would advise you go 4d flour mills bt if you feel money is needed NOW, then glo will suffice. Remember it's about 2moro. Cheers![]()
Because He Lives, I can face 2moro.......
well i guess globacom is just the best if u are sure of it
for a start, financial security in my opinion superceedes career in the short run,...but if you are not an engineer or technically sound in IT and you want to go pursue a carrer in telcoms,it might not be the best option.
steps to take,..go and make inquiry about the pay packages in both company,
take into consideration wat you want for a career, compare the pay, then ask yourself if go to glo can i gather enough money to go for further studies in line with my career dreams? if yes be ready to be determined. becos glo sure will pay higher....if i where you i go for glo and plan a career with the xtra pay--say go to abroad for specialized courses/post graduate training.
cheers...

Sholah,
I am talking from the point of view of someone who has worked with glo even though, i was there for a week and my external audit experience with conglomerates.
First of all, what is glo offering you? Sales Canvasser or Call agent? get as much info abt both offers before you make a decision. I know glo is not wat so many graduate think of it. gone are those days when glo was giving fat offers to entry level employees.
For Flour mills, i think its the beginning of a good steady career that can throw you into the world of FMCGs and breweries.
Once again it all depends on the quality of information you get before you make that move.
You future is in your hands!
Cheers and best of luck in your career.
Thanks all for ur comments. Really appreciate
