Hmmn! Everybody has bin caught in the first bank euphoria and little is heard bout BAT deze days. Guess those expecting calls from BAT hav decided to pitch their tents in Ð first bank camp. Those dat had their interviews recently shld update on Ð experience so other pple can learn one or two. Deuces!

Waddup house, I had my second interview today. It was basically an interactive process so I can assure you there is nothing like practising. They will ask you to give real life examples of how u have handled various situations. Anyways they said they will get back to every one within the next two or three weeks. The interviewers actually said there was still 2 more stages after this stage. I say na wah oooooo e no even tough like dis to enta heaven.

@Conquistador: '...€ nor even tough lyk dis to enter heaven'- abi ! Their pay 'll definately justify Ð our Odysseus journey to BAT employment. I guess dis thread is on recession for now, till 2 weeks time. I reject Ð 'chopping board' for all of us IJN......lol. Deuces

- Give an experience that change your learning process

- When did you represent a company and what was the result?

- Give an instance when you foster development of a strained relationship...

- And a couple more competence questions. No need to lie or fake real scenarios.


About the process, it's the same process as Unilever, GSK, Reckit Benkisser so no need to judge them...
