@all: They cannot call everyone at dsame time because it will not be too fair in giving sme pple 5days to prepare and others 10 days. Each persons interview will last for about 40 mins so therefore the company will love to take their time in calling candidates one after d other dats if u made it. In conclusion, I think its alphabetical

Got a call frm BAT to confirm my availability 4 d interview @ IB.....,peeps am very sure they'll send out more invites.U have to kip in mind it's gonna b a structured interview may take up to 40 mins or more so it can't be rushed.Best of luck to y'all.
@Axeman: I feel we'll have to explain in details the skills we claim to have and real life pple management experience (for those of us dat chose HR).I'll advise u google 'structured interview' for more details

I did my interview on friday without saying much. I introduced my self. I was then asked to prove that I'm confident. After that I was asked to choose department and the next thing I heard you can go. I had to confirm before going because it was to short.
It means I either impressed or fucked up within a short time. I can't even remember if I introduced myself as troublemaker or scatterscatter.
I'll be invited only if it is God's will. Tension, anxiety can change nothing but add unnecessary stress to us.
I should be the most anxious guy in the house, but I've chosen to relax myself..

I choose Hr and Operation, though unlike evrybody i was called to choose the department i want (not sms like everybody said they where contacted). and thank God i have been invited for interview.plz those people scheduled for mon should plz post what the questions look like thanks One God, One house One every

@ trouble maker. Thanks man i feel you. My deduction is that the invite is based on 1st choice dept. I chose marketing as my first choice. AGDC Keeps sending me texts. 1st it is dept choice next they are inviting me for a youth development forum in Lagos this october. Make dem send BAT invite first, then i'll consider their invitation

Whats really happening i only got a call for dept, and a LASGAGDC sms nawao... Wait first na 50trainees BAT won collect bcos naija 50? Cos unlike dem, Guinness invited a few (i think ) for deir assessment centre

@house, i think they r calling based on dept of choice, from reading everyones responses, it appears they r for now calling those that picked HR as first choice as well as those that picked operations as first choice.
it doesnt look like they have started calling those that picked marketing as first choice..

house,i think if you got text or call to choose 2 dept,there is possibility that you will get invite for the next interview and if you dont receive text or call also,you can be invite for the interview also,so let keep our head cool and be praying for the best.....those that are invited keep us in touch and if you choose finance and you had your interview on friday and you have be invited,please let me know...thankssssss

fellas, to those that got the text to pick a dept or somtin. Pls did u by any chance know your score during the interview cos i saw mine, the man actually graded me in my presence and said i should go and read more about BAT, wat that means i dont know........ but som1 said probably i did very well or otherwise......
but i scored 32 over what i dont know. if anyone falls in the same category shud pls let us know. All da GOD'S best........

hi guys i called AGDC yesterday.The lady said the text msg concerning choosing your departments had nothing to do wit success or failure.She also said BAT would be the one to contact successful or unsuccessful candidates and from her knowledge interviews are for next week.lets just kip waitin
