@Kblaze: simply put, dey askd me 2 choose 2 area in order of preference out of a list of 6 where I would lyk 2 work in d organisation.They asked me 2 reply immediately. Mke una nor worry cos I did my interview on Mon,so logically una own dey on d way.

How were your interviews?
Got very busy lately..... surely, we all shall meet aat the top.

Honestly, i feel like saying that BAT does not possess fully that international standard system of recruitment...

What's the big deal to alert other candidates they re nt successful or even wait, "una batch never reach"? why creating such restlessness amongst us?

Personaly i believe i wrote fine....inshort i dont know, make God help usss ???

Abi we get hope to recieve buzz for we fone soon?

a big congrats to all those in the house who wrote the test,got an invite and now gettin another text message.As for me and all those that wrote the test but did not get an invite,lets keep praying and hoping, since 15th is the last said date for the interview.BUT WHY NOW,WHY BAT GO DEY DO ME LIKE DIS,JUST KEEP PERSON FOR PENDING LEVELS. @all, d txt u got may not have any thing 2 do with an invitation 2 to d next stage. It could just be they 4got to record those info in ur interview result sheet, reason being that everybody was asked to mention the prefered dept. Again they cant have considerd u when the whole invited candidates have not been assessed. Pls dont create tension here. No sentiments pls

@yf ..i dey feel you oh, there is nothing worse than 2 be in a pending/waiting mode, i prefer an outright blunt negative response than an unending wait, hoping against all hope untill it finally downs on you that you have been left behind,,,,,,

lets us all wait and be patient, i cant see the point in asking for disciplines after an interview, it demonstrates inefficiency on AGDC, its either an omission in asking or an omission in writing it down, discussed at length with my interviewer about that question and as a biochemist i responded i would like 2 work in supply, we finally settled for production....(just a case of nomenclatures).......so i am not expecting any text message.

@Jayboi: Worry not, the txt message does not indicate if we were successful.I'm sure therez no cause for alarm to those dat didn't get d txt. Prolly I shldn't have mentioned dat I received a txt msg cos its creating undue tension.I jst wanted 2 carry every1 along so we'ld be abreast wit wasup. However, we shld be gettin responses from Wed dis wk I think. God for us all

Have y'all noticed that your worry/anxiety at either of the previous stages didn't influence(positve/negative) on anything? The least you can do is go about your daily business expecting a notification on your ?. If it comes, be glad; if it doesn't...

There's still a long way to go. Why worry ?

i was called by thier consultant today, she gave me a lust of their departments and asked me to choose where i would like to work. i just hope i made the right choice.

If you didn't get any feedback after the 2nd Online Test, odds are, its an error in delivery. It's impossible to say if you succeeded or not.

As per the interview, if the alphabetical list is anything to go by, which I personally believe it is because Gbenga Ademilowo had his interview on Monday and I know of a fellow whose surname is Z, he had his interview on Friday(in fact, his name was the last on the list).

People have been getting feedback after the friday interview to pick their preferred departments. BAT has even called some people to confirm some qualificatioon details. Odds are, the Screening/Interview has ended.
You can call AGDC to inquire and confirm if the BAT interviews are over.

You can also call BAT directly to get closure.

As the equal opportunity clause states, may the best qualified candidates win...

@ jude sam. I am not sure it was alphabetical but when i went on 6th there were 319 names starting alphabetically frm "A". Lets hope for the best. Pls forward the interview format to [email protected]. Best of luck

I got a text last week wednesday or so to choose 2dept I like in order of preference also I was asked during the interview as well.... And the lady told me dey will start getting intouch wth successful ones by end of last week/this week, so lets see what happens Next
