Bamcom Nigeria limited a communication strategy firm established to provide optimum services. We offer communication strategy, creative design, advocacy, media/PR management and events. We are looking for enthusiastic individual to fill these positions: Front desk officers/Secretaries Responsibilities:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Direct the First Nations Members and the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Make preparations for Council and committee meetings
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any related discipline
- At least 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to use Microsoft office packages like excel, word etc
- Must live on Lagos mainland
